Our ISO 9001:2000 certified facilities are equipped to package and
pulverize all type of resins, and ready to meet the most demanding
production and delivery schedules.
Our resin and polymer handling capabilities include:
Pulverizing
· 5 pulverizers with a capacity of 36 million pounds per year.
· ISO 9001:2000 certified facilities.
· Mesh capabilities range from 10-50 with other sizes available
based on material.
Packaging and Repackaging
· 3 packaging stations with a total capacity of 130 million
pounds per year.
· Products can be packaged and repackaged into octabins, super
sacks, gaylords, valve bags, returnable containers, totes, and bins.
· We can handle bulk hopper car, bulk truck, and containers,
super sacks, gaylords, and bagged resin and polymers.
Transloading
· 2 portable transloaders give access to both on site and remote
track rail locations.
· 116 rail car spots on our on-site rail siding
Warehousing, Cross-Docking, and
Distribution
· Over 1 million square feet of warehouse and distribution,
including Foreign Trade Zone locations.
